Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SC QWERTYBIT SRL (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data in connection with the PR Preview website at https://www.pr-preview.com and the PR Preview command-line tool.
Data controller
SC QWERTYBIT SRL, Constantin Voda 16, Bucharest, Romania (VAT RO38120209). Contact: office@qwertybit.com.
The command-line tool collects nothing
The open-source PR Preview CLI runs entirely on your own machine. It opens your app in a local browser, records your journey, and writes video files to your project. It does not send your source code, application data, or recordings to us or any third party.
What the website collects
- Early-access email. If you submit the early-access form, we process the email address you provide solely to contact you about the upcoming hosted service. The submission is delivered to our internal Slack workspace. We do not sell or share it.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect aggregated, anonymised usage and performance metrics without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request metadata (e.g. IP address, user agent) transiently to serve and secure the site.
Legal basis & retention
We process the early-access email on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in launching the product. You may withdraw consent at any time. We keep the email until you ask us to delete it or until the early-access programme ends.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email office@qwertybit.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
Third parties
We rely on Vercel (hosting, analytics) and Slack (signup notifications) as processors. Each processes data under its own terms and security commitments.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
