These Terms govern your use of the PR Preview website (https://www.pr-preview.com) and services provided by SC QWERTYBIT SRL, Constantin Voda 16, Bucharest, Romania (VAT RO38120209). By using the site or the software, you agree to these Terms.
The open-source CLI
The PR Preview command-line tool (@qwertybit/pr-preview) is free and open source, licensed under the MIT License. Your use of the CLI is governed by that license. It is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
The website & early access
The website is provided for informational purposes. PR Preview for Teams (the hosted service) is not yet available; joining the early-access list does not create any obligation to provide the service, nor any guarantee of pricing, availability, or timing. Separate terms will apply to the hosted service when it launches.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that degrade it, or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The CLI’s source code is MIT-licensed. The “PR Preview” name, logo, and the hosted service are the property of SC QWERTYBIT SRL and are not granted under the MIT license.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC QWERTYBIT SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or software.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
